We’ll walk through a simple five-step framework for identifying the customers, part types, and processes that drive the best margins and the highest win rates. Then we’ll show how to build the dashboards and reports that make this repeatable, including the signals that help you prioritize the right RFQs first. You’ll leave with clear triage steps for your quoting pipeline and a strategy for improving profit margins without adding new machines or more headcount.
Level/Prerequisites: Intermediate. No analytics background required, but familiarity with your quoting pipeline (customers, part mix, processes, win/loss outcomes) will help you get the most value.
