Accidents Happen at Intersections
Lessons from Every Tier of the Supply Chain
From OEMs to Tier 1s to suppliers, every link in the industrial supply chain experiences risk differently. But many of the biggest problems begin at the same place: the handoffs. When information moves from one team, system, or company to the next, critical context is often lost, assumptions are made, and expectations become increasingly misaligned. In this panel, leaders from across the supply chain will share what things look like from their side, why challenges emerge the way they do at their tier, and what they wish the rest of the chain better understood about their constraints, responsibilities, and realities. By bringing these perspectives together in one conversation, this session will explore where critical information goes missing, why friction builds between links, and how better understanding across the supply chain can reduce risk, strengthen collaboration, and drive better outcomes from RFQ to finished part.
